At Outdoor Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium patio and garden products. If your new outdoor furniture or decor doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
